CAD & Shop drawings
Every project begins with precision.
Our team develops detailed CAD models and shop drawings that translate design intent into clear, buildable plans. These drawings define every dimension, joint, and material, ensuring absolute accuracy before production begins. This early clarity allows designers and clients to review and approve the technical foundation of each piece with confidence.
Material Selection
With the technical design established, we work closely with designers to select the materials and finishes that will bring the piece to life. From hardwoods and veneers to fabrics, foams, and specialist finishes, every element is chosen for its quality, durability, and ability to complement the overall design vision. These selections will soon be available to explore online, guide the next stages of refinement and prototyping.
Design for manufacturing & prototyping
Once materials are confirmed, we refine the design for manufacturing. Our team analyses construction methods, joinery, and component efficiencies to ensure the piece is engineered for accuracy and long-term performance.
Prototypes are then produced to test proportions, comfort, structural integrity, and material behaviour.
This hands-on stage allows us to verify the design in real form, make any necessary adjustments, and guarantee that every detail meets our high standards.
Computer-aided design & rendering
As the final stage, we create photorealistic renderings that present the completed design with all chosen materials, details, and refinements. These visualisations offer a true-to-life preview of the finished piece, ensuring complete alignment before full production begins. Renderings bring the final concept into focus - providing confidence and clarity for everyone involved.
